A tale of two cities

Release date:
July 2019
Hohenzollern Bridge and city view of Cologne
Planning an open-deck boat trip on the Rhine, a stroll around Cologne’s medieval churches and postmodern quarter or a visit to Ludwig van Beethoven’s birthplace in Bonn? Then the Cologne Bonn region has something to suit all tastes

Cologne-Bonn Airport (CGN/ EDDK) is less than 15km southeast of Cologne city centre and 16km northeast of Bonn. The airport is one of the country’s few 24-hour airports and was named ‘Best Regional Airport in Europe’ in 2019 by Skytrax. Despite its size it has a dedicated General Aviation Terminal (GAT), so is a great choice for Sterling Card customers.

Please note: Jet A-1 is available at this location and while we no longer offer a dedicated GA service at Cologne-Bonn, customers can now refuel via AFS using the main ramp.
