Airfield Automation rolls out in Australia

Operators are using the Airfield Automation technology
Moorabbin Airport (MBW/ YMMB) in Melbourne has become the first location in Australia where we’ve launched our Airfield Automation technology

 

Designed to help prevent misfuelling, the cloud-based platform enhances safety, reliability and compliance in airport fuelling operations. It works by consolidating data related to airport fuelling operations and delivers this information via an app, to a handheld device in fuelling vehicles.


With misfuelling one of the greatest risks faced by our industry and Moorabbin being one of Australia’s leading general aviation airports, we’re delighted to be contributing to better fuelling services in Australia by rolling out our technology at the airport. We look forward to continuing our investment in the region and anticipate that Airfield Automation will be fully operational at around 350 locations around the world by 2020.
