With festive food, traditional treats and handmade gifts aplenty there’s nothing like a Christmas market to get you into the festive spirit. From Tallinn in Estonia to Helsinki in Finland, we’ve got a selection of markets all wrapped up for you!

Tallinn, Estonia

15 November to 7 January 2021

Fly to: Tallinn Airport (TLL/ EETN)

Bringing a fairy-tale Christmas spirit to the centre of Tallinn, this Christmas Market is found on the Town Hall Square and is frequently named one of the Best Christmas Markets in Europe.

 

Vienna, Austria

14 November to 23 December 2020

Fly to: Vienna International Airport (VIE/ LOWW)

One of the biggest and most well-known on the circuit, Vienna’s Christmas Market is located on the Rathausplatz in front of the Rathaus City Hall. The adjacent park is also full of advent surprises.

 

Chester, UK

13 November to 22 December 2020

Fly to: Hawarden Airport (ECG/ EGNR)

Wrap up warm, pick up a festive cocktail and savour the atmosphere as you shop around Chester’s Christmas Market. Stalls are housed in traditional wooden chalets and the market is located in the city’s beautiful Town Hall Square.

 

Tivoli, Denmark

13 November to 3 January 2021

Fly to: Copenhagen Kastrup Airport (CPH/ EKCH)

Situated in Copenhagen’s iconic Tivoli Gardens, Tivoli’s Christmas Market is a feast for all the senses. Stroll through the festively lit park, shop for handmade gifts and enjoy Danish festive treats.

 

Jui I Vinterland, Norway

14 November to 3 January 2021

Fly to: Oslo/ Kjeller Airport (ENKJ)

Expect a winter wonderland at Oslo’s Christmas Market, located on Karl Johan street. Cosy wooden stalls sell locally made handicrafts, food and beverages. A family favourite there’s also a large Ferris wheel and ice rink.
