Hitting the slopes in Andorra

Release date:
February 2019
Andorra-La Seu d’Urgell ski resort
Andorra-La Seu d’Urgell (LEU/ LESU) is a convenient gateway to the region, which boasts (almost) guaranteed snow with 65 peaks above 2,000 metres.

Nestled in the Pyrenees mountain range, Andorra is a winter sports lover’s dream, with more than 300km of slopes. It’s also a great destination to visit during the warmer months with the capital, Andorra la Vella, awash with cultural highlights.

Located around 15km south of the capital and around 40km from the major ski resorts, Andorra-La Seu d’Urgell is open from 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Thursday and from 08.30 to 18.00 from Friday to Sunday.

Both Jet A-1 and Avgas are available here and general aviation customers are well catered for with ground handling services provided by Pyrenees Flight Centre.
