The EV Transformation Business Analyst is accountable for working across various areas within the bp pulse US business to facilitate structured delivery and ensuring that ‘white spaces’ between functional areas are addressed to enable rapid scale up. This is a critical role on the Integration team in the bp pulse US business to drive forward the next level of commercial capability & customer experience.

This position is office based.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support adoption of the Tube map (end to end process) for the ‘Build’ part of the business and establish the ‘Run’ Tube map in collaboration with Integration Director.
  • Lead special projects on strategy and transformation for the US Pulse business including long term plan.
  • Support running of integration and leadership forums that cover network/real estate, execution, product and technology, operations and customer.
  • Lead monthly reporting to senior executives in the US and Global business.
  • Define and drive performance management for the US Pulse business in each business vertical and horizontally across the business, in collaboration with finance.
  • Guide and align US teams in understanding and implementing the processes necessary to growing and operating a market-leading charging business.
  • Strong partner engagement and change management skills, including communication, facilitation, and presentations.
  • Drive decision making through data analysis and interpretation.
  • Maintain the backbone for governance, performance management cadence, meetings and content for the business. This includes but is not limited to planning, facilitation, meeting preparation, and content readiness.
  • Partner with data teams to build accurate reporting dashboards, ensuring we create valuable business insight and find opportunities to improve business performance, engage with collaborators to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure personal compliance with bp’s Code of Conduct and demonstrate bp’s beliefs (who we are).

Essential Experience & Qualifications:

  • Stakeholder engagement skills in a complex matrixed organization, including team lead interfaces
  • Financial Analysis
  • Demonstrative track record of build and delivery, including ability to ‘project manage’ activities to completion.
  • Ability to be flexible and pivot to multi-tasking across various challenges.
  • Experience in a start-up or scale up, creating structures and organizations to meet business needs with high levels of autonomy.
  • Proven track record of maximizing business value across B2C and B2B(2C) through customer offer, product launch or account management.
  • Proven track record of influencing within and across the organization to create business value.
  • Excellent customer & commercial acumen
  • Significant capability in delivery and execution
  • Comfortable challenging all levels of the organization to ensure on time, on cost and on-specification delivery of requirements
  • Proven track record of performing in high-intensity environments, operating within tight financial resources and meeting challenging deadlines
