The job holder will be a member of a small team reporting in to the Global E2E Quantum Planning Functional and data Expert Lead within the Global S&OP Excellence team. The team will be the custodians and owners of the Planning design and implementation of SAP S4 Hana ERP across all geographies.
Ensure the SAP S4 Hana solution, will maintain or enhance the demand planning and customer prioritisation planning outcomes through appropriate process design and linkages between SAP S4 Hana with the Global Planning processes and system (Kinaxis RR). Functionality associated with data ingestion and data flows required for customer segmentation, demand segmentation, demand planning and order fulfilment (AATP) to be maintained or enhanced.
Ensure the future ERP is set-up and configured to optimise the wider digital ecosystem; in particular maximising the Kinaxis planning system for end to end planning orchestration. This will involve standardising Castrol demand planning and order fulfilment processes, designing and working with the global Quantum team to ensure the required efficient and effective data flows into and out of Kinaxis Rapid Response to support appropriate demand planning and deployment in order to meet and prioritise Castrol’s customers’ needs.
Work extensively with a wider team of internal and external technology and digital experts and will need to collaborate closely to ensure the functional needs of Castrol planning teams across the PUs.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning Management with the Castrol business, preferably in a global or multi-regional environment
Deep expertise and knowledge of ERP systems (SAP and JDE) including static and transactional data and flows
Experience with Kinaxis and end-to-end planning orchestration
Excellent proficiency and knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response planning system across demand planning areas
Highly proficient understanding of current Order Fulfilment ATP processes in APO
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
