You will ensure the efficient handling of HR tasks, maintain accurate employee data, addresses inquiries, and calls out complex issues to experts.

In this role you will (be):

  • Accountable for accurate and timely execution of assigned HR tasks of low and medium complexity
  • Update and manage employee information in the Workday system, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Respond to inquiries from employees, providing them with the information they need.
  • Handle simple questions from employees, offering clear and helpful answers.
  • For more complex questions, you will refer employees to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who can provide specialized assistance
  • Responsible for organizing and archiving HR documents, ensuring they are stored correctly and can be easily retrieved when needed

What You will need to be successful:

  • Proficient in Polish and upper-intermediate level of English
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in HR.
  • HR certification is a plus
  • Great Teammate: Ability to work well with others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Workday or similar tools would be beneficial
  • Experience in an international environment and familiarity with global business services is an advantage
