About the role
The Senior Customer Engagement Analyst (SCEA) supports customer engagement activities for the Trading business in the Americas, including emails, event invitations, webinars, whitepapers, product & services pitch books, websites and other external communication mediums. Aligning with global brand guidelines and regulatory requirements, they navigate a highly matrixed organization to implement impactful activities across commodity benches and provide reporting on these activities.
The Customer Engagement (CE) team sits within the Gas & Power Trading Americas (GPTA) Strategy Implementation & Modernization (SIM) team, which provides a diverse set of critical support activities for the marketing and trading business. GPTA provides products and services to wholesale and retail customers of natural gas, power and structured (financial) products.
As a member of the CE team, the Senior Customer Engagement Analyst (SCEA) is responsible for producing, distributing and reporting customer communication outcomes within a regulated commodities trading organization. They create compelling content and deliver high-quality marketing engagement touch points to support the strategic growth of GPTA.
The SCEA role is a marketing generalist, requiring a unique mix of communication, marketing technology, reporting and project management skills. It provides an opportunity to apply B2B marketing capabilities within a world-class trading organization as we navigate the energy transition.
An ideal candidate will be an effective storyteller with a passion for marketing. They are curious, highly collaborative and able to prioritize work with the support of their line manager. They should build relationships quickly with a diverse group of collaborators to partner and influence successfully within a deeply matrixed organization.
