Terms and Conditions

  1. The promo period starts from 1 August - 30 September 2024 at all bp Service Stations in Jabodetabek and East Java.
  2. The promo program applies for bp Service Stations customers who have registered their telephone number when filling up with fuel.
  3. Promo program applies to all products (BP Ultimate, BP 92, BP Ultimate Diesel, BP Diesel)
  4. Collection and exchange of merchandise must be in accordance with each vehicle type and series
  5. Stamp collection
    Stamp collection period: 1 August – 30 September 2024
    • Car :
      • Minimum purchase of 26 liters BP Ultimate, BP 92, BP Ultimate Diesel or BP Diesel fuel products will get 1 stamp (not valid for separate receipts).
      • Collect 4 stamps to purchase BP Ultimate or BP Ultimate Diesel to get exclusive merchandise
      • Collect 6 stamps to purchase BP 92 or BP Diesel
    • Motorcycle :
      • Minimum purchase of 3 liters BP Ultimate fuel products, or BP 92, will get 1 stamp (not valid for separate receipts).
      • Collect 6 stamps to purchase BP Ultimate or collect 10 stamps to purchase BP 92 to get exclusive merchandise
  6. Stamp exchange
    Stamp redemption period: Until October 5, 2024 or while merchandise supplies last
    • Car :
      • Exchanging car merchandise stamps can only be exchanged in accordance with the merchandise that apply to cars in the specified series and according to the registered telephone number.
      • SERIES I Merchandise: Travel Bag. Can be exchanged on (10 August – 15 September 2024) at all bp Service Stations
      • SERIES II Merchandise: Hot & Cold Tumbler. Can be exchanged on (16 September – 5 October 2024) at bp Service Stations
    • Motorcycle :
      • Redemption of motorbike merchandise stamps can only be exchanged in accordance with the merchandise that apply to motorbikes in the specified series and according to the registered telephone number.
      • SERIES I Merchandise: Pouch. Can be exchanged (10 August – 15 September 2024) at all bp Service Stations
      •  SERIES II Merchandise: Towels. Can be exchanged on (16 September – 5 October 2024) at all bp Service Stations
  7. Redemption of merchandise merchandise must be done by scanning the QRCode on the receipt after the stamp collection has been collected according to the conditions.
  8. For B2B purchases can take part in this promo with a maximum of 2 transactions per day without a maximum limit on liter purchases.
  9. Merchandise cannot be exchanged or sold
  10. Promo can be combined with other promos.
  11. The promotion stops when the merchandise stock runs out
  12. Promo is valid as long as merchandise supplies last
  13. BP-AKR is not responsible if the exchange barcode is lost/damaged and the merchandise is misused or exchanged by another party
  14. BP-AKR has the right at any time to make changes to all or part of the terms and conditions without prior notification.
