Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion period starts on December 9^th , 2024 and ends on April 30^th , 2025
2. The promotion is valid for bp Service Station customers who have registered
   their phone number when fuelling.
   
3. Stamp collection period:
   December 9^th, 2024 – April 30^th , 2025
   • Cars:
     • A minimum purchase of 26 liters of BP Ultimate, BP 92, BP Ultimate Diesel, or BP Diesel fuel products will earn 1 stamp
     • The promo does not apply to multiple transactions, and separate
       receipts.
       
     • Collect 6 stamps for BP Ultimate or BP Ultimate Diesel
       purchases to redeem a prize.
       
     • Collect 8 stamps for BP 92 or BP Diesel purchases to get redeem a prize.
       
   • Motorcycles:
     • A minimum purchase of 3 liters of BP Ultimate, or BP 92 fuel
       products will earn 1 stamp
       
     • The promo does not apply to multiple transactions, and separate receipts.
     • Collect 8 stamps for BP Ultimate or collect 10 stamps for BP 92 purchases to redeem a prize.
4. Stamp exchange
   Stamp exchange period: December 16^th , 2024 - May 10^th , 2025 or while prize stocks last
   • Cars: Car prize stamp exchanges can only be redeemed for prizes
     applicable for car and must match the registered telephone number.
     
     • All prize series I, II, III (Ludo games, Chutes & Ladders &
       Monopoly) can be redeem while stocks last until May 10^th, 2025.
       
   • Motorcycle: Motorcycle prize stamp exchanges can only be redeemed
     for prizes applicable for motorcycle and must match the registered
     telephone number.
     
     • All prize series I, II, III (Chamois, Sling Bag, and Tote Bag) can
       be redeem while stocks last until May 10^th, 2025.
       
5. Prize redeem can be done at all bp Service Stations* by exchanging the QR
   Code scan after the stamp collection has been collected according to the
   terms and conditions.
   
6. Receipt or proof of purchase must be shown when redeeming prizes.
   
7. Receipt or proof of purchase must correspond to the promo period.
   
8. Large party or B2B purchases can participate in this promotion with a
   maximum of 2 transactions per day, without a limit on the purchase volume.
   
9. Prizes that have been redeem cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, traded and/or transferred.
10. BP-AKR is not responsible for prizes that are lost or damaged after the exchange is made.
11. BP-AKR has the right to refuse to exchange prizes if they do not comply with the applicable terms and conditions.
12. Promotion can be combined with other promos.
    
13. Promotion may end at any time if stock runs out.
    
14. Promotion do not apply to damaged receipts.
    
15. Customer complaints regarding discrepancies in stamp calculations, or QR
    barcode failed to appear will be processed within a maximum of 7 working
    days.
    
16. Promotion is valid at all bp Service Stations except for bp Rest Area 819A, Rest Area 833B and Tridharma Gresik.
17. Prizes redeem at bp Rest Area KM 72 Service Stations is only for car prize.
    
18. BP-AKR is not responsible for lost or damaged QR codes, nor for any misuse
    or unauthorized exchanges of prizes by another party.
    
19. BP-AKR holds the right to alter the terms and conditions, in whole or in part,
    at any time without prior notice.
