bp internship program is providing unique opportunities for learning outside of your academic settings. bp will expose you to live projects, meaningful work and help you learn goal-specific skills to complete those tasks, this also give you experience learning about bp as an organization, technology, people and projects that will relate to your career goals. We will build a tailored live project for each intern to develop your skills and experience to be ready for your career.
What to expect
You will be part of GBS or technology team where you’ll be working on meaningful projects during the 8–12-week period or 3 months. You will experience different work environments, develop new skills, network with professionals and senior level leaders.

Development and training
Role proforma is our robust performance management process. Your line manager will help you set clear, tangible objectives and have regular conversations with you that are designed to help you develop and thrive. We actively encourage continuous learning.
