Heart Kids

BP has supported Heart Kids New Zealand in fundraising initiatives since 2019 and in 2020 provided support to help volunteers and families travel to the annual Heart Kids summer camp.

BP and Heart Kids NZ

Heart Kids is the only organisation in New Zealand dedicated to providing lifelong care and support for children, young people and families impacted by childhood heart defects. 

 

Heart Kids has been here for more than 30 years, walking alongside the families whose worlds have been turned upside down by the news of their child’s heart defect or by learning that their child has acquired childhood heart disease through an illness such as Rheumatic Fever or Kawasaki disease. Heart Kids provides over 20,000 hours of direct support to over 10,000 children and their whanau every year.
