BP improves Driver Rewards program
New time-saving feature allows consumers to link all major credit cards to BP Driver Rewards account
CHICAGO – BP consumers will now be able to link any major credit card to their BP Driver Rewards account, making it easier to earn rewards on fuel purchases.
This new feature will save time at the pump since loyalty members now will only need to swipe their preferred credit card without also needing to carry and swipe their BP Rewards card each time they fill up.
“We know our customers are busy, and we hope this simple upgrade will make it easier for them to take advantage of our loyalty program and keep them coming back,” said Donna Sanker, chief marketing officer of BP Fuels North America.
BP consumers will be able to link up to five eligible major credit cards to their BP Driver Rewards account online. For existing members, activation will take place within 48 hours; new members will be able to link credit card(s) during the initial registration process.
BP re-introduced its popular rewards program in May 2015 featuring enhanced rewards for consumers. Active BP Driver Rewards members use the program about four times a month.
