Hydro testing is a fitness-for-service assessment of the pipe, fittings and appurtenances in a pipeline. It is used to provide assurance for safe operation of new construction, replacement pipe/fittings and existing facilities.

 

Our facility offers the ability for students to learn and demonstrate proficiency in the hydrostatic testing of piping and fittings.
