myinvoice help

Need help logging on to myinvoice or changing your password? Click your issue below to get started.
Your user ID is not your email address. When you were initially set up on myinvoice you will have received an email from us with details of your user ID. If you cannot find the details of your user ID please contact us.  We will then resend your user ID details.
  • You should have received two emails from us: one with your user ID and one with your temporary password. They may be in your spam/junk folder. If you have not received these emails, please contact us, specifying that you have not received these emails.
  • For security, we ask you to change your temporary password to a password of your choice before you access myinvoice for the first time.
  • Click the green 'Change your temporary password' button in the temporary password email to be taken to the 'First Time User' log on page on myinvoice. When prompted, enter your user ID (not your email address) and your temporary password and press 'Submit'.
    •  If you incorrectly enter your temporary password three times, you will be locked out of your account. Contact us to request a new temporary password, selecting this issue from the list of options.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new password of your choice. A new window will open, and you will be asked to set up three secure questions, which will be used to verify your identity if you ever forget your password.
  • You will then be asked to confirm your email address. Click 'Continue' and check that your account details are correct on the following page. If you are happy, select 'Return' and you will be taken to the country selector page.
  • From here, navigate to the person icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen and select 'Sign in' to log on with your user ID and new password.
Log on for the first time

If you have previously logged on to myinvoice but have forgotten your password, follow the below steps:

  • From the airbp.com/myinvoice log on screen, navigate to the person icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen, and select 'Forgot password' from the dropdown options. Enter your user ID (not your email address) and press 'Submit'.
  • You will be asked to answer one of the secure questions you set previously. Enter your answer and press 'Submit'.
    • If you answer incorrectly, you will have one more chance to try again.
    • If you do not remember the answer to your secure question, you will need to be set up with a new password. Please contact us to request this.
  • Once answered correctly you will be able to select 'Reset password' as an option on the next screen. You will then receive an email with a link to follow in order to reset your password. It may take a few minutes for the email to reach you. If you do not receive this email, please firstly check your junk/spam folder. If you have still not received it please contact us, specifying that you did not receive your reset password email.
  • Follow the link in the email, enter your new password and click 'Submit'. Once your password is set, click 'Continue' and you will be taken to the country selector page. From here, navigate to the person icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen and select 'Sign in'.
  • Log on as normal with your user ID and newly set password.

If you cannot reset your password through this method as you have also forgotten your user ID, contact us.

 

  • From the log on page at airbp.com/myinvoice, navigate to the person icon in the top left-hand corner of the screen and select 'Change password' from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter your user ID (not your email address) and password, then click 'Submit'. On the next screen you will have the option to change your password and/or secure questions by following the on screen instructions.
